Regarding his involvement in the film, Johnny said, ‘I feel incredibly honored to be bringing Mr. Modigliani’s life story to the screen. It was a life of great hardship, but triumphant in the end. It is a universal human story that all audiences can relate to.
According to reports, Johnny is producing the film for IN.2, the European arm of his production company Infinitum Nihil. Al Pacino and Barry Nividi are co-producing the film. The report also said that the movie will start shooting in France in the spring of next year. The selection of actors and actresses will be done sometime this year.
